Project Description:

The North Lake Estates residential planned development is a 44-lot single family residential subdivision located on the northside of Keystone Road, approximately 0.75 miles from the intersection of Keystone Road and North Highland Avenue and west of East Lake Drive (see map below). The project received final planned development approval from the Board of Commissioners on September 14, 2021 and is currently under construction.

  1. Ordinance #2019-23/#2020-13 - Annexation (App. #18-50)
    • This application annexed the property into the Tarpon Springs municipal limits.
