Project Description:
The North Lake Estates residential planned development is a 44-lot single family residential subdivision located on the northside of Keystone Road, approximately 0.75 miles from the intersection of Keystone Road and North Highland Avenue and west of East Lake Drive (see map below). The project received final planned development approval from the Board of Commissioners on September 14, 2021 and is currently under construction.

Ordinance #2019-25 - Future Land Use Map Amendment (App. #18-51)
The Future Land Use Map Amendment changed the land use designations from Pinellas County RR (Rural Residential) and P (Preservation) to Tarpon Springs RVL (Residential Very Low) and P (Preservation).
Ordinance #2019-24 - Preliminary Planned Development & Rezoning (App. #18-52)
The Preliminary Planned Development application shows the proposed layout of the project site and includes supplementary documents related to the project. This application also rezoned the property from Pinellas County R-A (Residential Agriculture) to Tarpon Springs RPD (Residential Planned Development).
Resolutions #2019-38 & #2020-20 - Development Agreement & Amendment to the Agreement (App. #19-32)
The applicant entered into a development agreement with the City of Tarpon Springs in order to develop the single family residential project. The agreement
Resolution #2021-50 - Final Planned Development (App. #21-82)
The Final Planned Development provides more detailed construction documents that show consistency with the Preliminary Planned Development. The Final Planned Development will tentatively be reviewed concurrently with the Preliminary Planned Development.
