The plan includes equipment purchases, such as fire trucks and police vehicles, stormwater improvements, brick street projects, general street resurfacing, sidewalk improvements, and utility projects (water and sewer).&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p style="margin-left: 160px;"><br></p>
